Summer So Far...

Heres the plan:


It is now April 3rd, and i am sitting attempting to do some homework... that is failing, so i will write this instead.

The Randylions will be up and running again (hehe, no pun intended... ok it was intended) starting MID TO LATE MAY, and will continue through MID AUGUST! around Aug 22nd!

at that point:
!!!!THIS SITE IS GOING TO BE UPDATED NIGHTLY AND WILL FEATURE THE NEXT DAYS DECIDED WORKOUT! (for those lions who were too mangy and missed the run or the decision making process)

!!!!THIS SITE WILL HOUSE ANY ONGOING QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, CONCERNS, OR GENERAL BANTER BETWEEN RANDYLION MEMBERS!!! (this one is on you guys, feel free to post whatever)

!!!!THIS SITE WILL HAVE THE T-SHIRT DESIGN AVAILABLE FOR ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AND WILL BE (along with the tico times) THE METHOD OF ORDERING YOUR OWN OFFICIAL RANDYLIONS RUN CLUB T-SHIRT!!!

The Randylions will consist of 5-172 serious runners who have decided to dedicate the summer to consistent, smart, and high-volume training. Most runs are based from TRH Los Altos, but are sometimes done elsewhere in the beautiful trails of the Bay Area. We are Bad ASS...and we have the Butterbeast!! Join us, and together we can rule the galaxy!!!
