Saturday Morning TRH Run
Hey guys, nice run this morning.
Tomorrow morning, at 8:30, the Randylions will be meatin for a little jog through los altos. AFter that, we will probably go out for another easy 5, or we might do it after work, i dunno. But there will for sure be a slow 3 miler to start the day out right.

I think I'll be missing the morning run. I want to get a tempo in, need to do it in the morning, and would rather not do it on the track, so it is Sawyer Camp for me in the a.m.

Unfortunately I will be out of the randy group run on saturday. I will be dying of heat exuastion in sac-town. RAWR
