Wednesday Afternoon Plyos

Hey everyone. Beautiful run this morning. And we may have met our newest Randylion. I hope Daniel will be runnin with us more often.

This afternoon, at 6:15 we are going to be meeting at TRH to do some Plyometrics out at Lincoln. It will be a relatively short workout, just an easy warmup and and then the drills and a cool down. But let me tell you, they hurt!
