Meating at TRH at 6:30 AM for a short one. And then later at Saint Francis at 6:00 PM for some plyos. It should be a nice little day. Come out if you can. Comment if you will.

Yeah , I'll be there, but I got to make a short 30mins to get ready for my meeting tomorrow with the Emperor and Darth. May the force be with me...always.
SO I guess i have to drive my dad to the airport in the morning so i won't be able to make it at 6:30
Oh yeah and I am going to the track tomorrow at 5pm cause we got a staff meeting at 7pm.
Hey you guys, since most of us hate waking up so early, i decided to change the meeting time to 8 AM instead of 6:30. I know Demar and Sitler are going to like this. So for all of you that see this before tommorrow morning- we are going to met at 8 AM in front of TRH, not 6:30

Apparently we are suppose to use this like an instant messanger in order to get as many post on this site as possible. so I am leaving another message. If you could be any professional runner who would you be and why?
I would most likely be lagat because of that comercial. "but im fast... very, very fast."
if I was to be any great runner I would be Zatopek only because he was a 40 X 400m workout machine!!
