Hello my fellow randy lions:

I hope you guys are still around and checking this thing, cause i got some exciting news. first off, to curb any upcoming riots... the t shirts are coming, i just need to get a fire lit under randylion promo executive JP. If any of you want to help, he lives in a blue house on Lloyd way in Mountain View... Have at it!

But more importantly, the dream has become a reality. The Randylions will officially open up their premier, state of the art training facilities on June 1st! This will include magnificent strength training equipment, an in house medical advisor, a beautiful stationary bike, a packed sport medicine cabinet, a supply of tasty, modern hydration technology, and best of all.... A brand new, incredible ice bath whirlpool!!!

So after hard randylion runs, we'll be heading down to the trainers to cool off!!! Keep on running, and I hope to see ya guys soon!
