Get the Randylion's week start right and join Me Kurt Carlos and DeMar for a Monday morning (soon to be tradition... we're getting a lot of those) jog and then some breakfast.

Sorry chavi from now on I won't be able to run in the mornings during the week. My work hours are as follows, 8:3o am to 4 pm everyday except Thursdays which starts at 8:30am to 5 pm. Thats all I got for you, until the opportune moment preorn!
