Wed Morn/ Afternoon Tempo

Hey guys,

Heres the deal for tmrw...
Kurt and I are doing an easy 30 min at Rancho, Meeting there at 7:45AM... all are welcome... butter, fatty... this means you :-D

DeMar however has informed me that he is doing a 5 mile tempo at Crystal Spring at 3:30 PM... so if that fits better... then... yah
