Friday Evening!

Hey guys... feelin pretty good about the runs and the week, got my ass kicked by my deep tissue guy Tim, so im ready to finish up the week. On the menu so far is as follows:

Friday @ 5:00 - easy 5 miles from TRH, stop on by if you'd like!
Saturday Morning Run - @ 8:30 from TRH (i'll probably do more then, or a double to make that day about 8... all are welcome!)
Sunday Long Run - I'm lookin at 11 miles at 4:15 as usual, again from TRH.

I will post reminders each night as well, but im just letting you know. Also, dont forget about the Monday Morning Romp 'n' Chomp - Rancho at 9:00AM then to TOMS
