Tuesday morning Shake
Hey guys, The Romp'n'Chomp was a huge successs.... hopefully a few more will make it later on
AS for tmrw, kurt and i are meeting for an early shake out... easy 3 miles or so at rancho @ 7:20 and then some strides and drills for strength...
I know its low mileage and early, but the drills will be good, so if you can make it you should... anyway, just comment. I'll probably do another quick run after work from trh...so....

hey dmar... the run probably was about 6.2 miles... but what i do is look at the time and then estimate a pace most of the time... i dropped a 7:30 for that one
what would that put you at...?
alex... slow down buddy, too early for steady state runs period... but 12 miles at 6:30 (let alone 6:15) is not something that should ever be done... overdistance are meant to be slow... not that i think you really ran it that fast anyway... it was probably more like 10.5 or 11 miles... think about it... remember august... preorn
