Friday Evening
So Im back, and like i thought, no one posted... oh well... preorn... i guess...
Tmrw Evening there will be a tempo run after work at 6:30.
Its going to be about 7 miles and we are meeting at Rancho! join us if you want. ciao

Tempo in the evening? What is with that? I will shoot for a morning tempo following the TRH morning run. I am boring, so I might do it on the track at Los Altos HS...
i mean... i can only assume that this is kurt... but i dont know, speak up man!
