Saturday Morning Tempo

Hey all. Tmrw morning we've got a nice relaxed Tempo Goin! its going to be superb!

Sawyer Camp Trail at 9:30 is the time! Meet there, or meet at TRH to get a ride with me... ill be there at 8:30 and may go on the TRH saturday morning run if time permits. we'll leave for sawyer camp at 9:10 at the latest!

We're going to do about 5 miles of light tempo work with some warmup and cooldown! hope to see you there.
