Running Camp Day

Hey everyone! Its Running camp DAy today!!

Sorry that this post is late but my internet is down at home... anyway:

Today we will be doing a triple day, we just finished up the TRH run a bit ago, which was nice and easy... though we missed dmar!

But later on, (around noonish) we are going to head over to Los Altos high's track and do some drills and strides and the like! Thats going to be super fun!

The later, probably around 6... we are going to head over to crystal springs and get in a nice long jog on the course! that is going to be awesome! So comment and let me know where you stand! hope everyones day is Randy
