Tuesday Evening
So I guess we missed Golden this morning, thats too bad... stay posted, Golden... and come out soon!
Tmrw evening at 6:30 we will be doin a light fartlek run at Rancho! meet there at 6:30... probably 6.5 for distance and 3 on 2 off for the speed. its going to be relaxed... so join us!
Also, teo and bloomie are probably going to be there too! comment if you are going to make it. Golden if you see this and you have any questions, call me and we'll work it out!
