Saturday TRH Warm Up and Tempo at Sawyer
Hey everyone!
On tomorrows menu is a nice serving of TRH Morning run warm up meat. This choice cut can be found at the store in the greater LA area (thats greater as in Los Altos is greater than Los Angeles) at 8:30 AM.
After the appetizer, or as we like to say in Pearee... "Ore Dervs," we will be enjoying a grade A serving of Sawyer Camp Tempo runnin. Comment if you want in.

Sorry Captin, I did not expect to be so sore from the run @ Murkwood. I am sorry if i held you guys up but i needed the rest. I will see you tommorow for sure.

Dont even worry about it man. First off, its Mirkwood. Second, we actually ran at Snagglewood. But anyway. i'll seeya tomorrow.
Ok, I've chanted my mind. It's Bob Kennedy now. No real reason besides the 12:58 and that he wore a football helmet type beard at one time. That's cool. I'll be there.
