Morning Romp and Postnoon Fartlek

So tomorrow morning at 6:30 at TRH for an easy five mile shake out. Comment if you want in.
Then tomorrow at 6:00 or 6:15 we are going to head over to Rancho for an easy fartlek. let me know if you wanna join us for that one too.
