um so Yeah looks like your all too tired to post so I will. I will be there, but I might run a little faster and a little longer seeing as how it is still going to be too hot for me to run in the afternoon. PREORN!!! also GJ on the race..I want more details tomorrow!!!

hey i finally have some transportation of my own and some free time in the morning. my googling tells me rancho park is pretty big, though. where do you meet up?

The heat put all the big cats to sleep!!! Lazy Lions WAKE UP!!! suggestion is to keep the runs early in the morn to beat the heat.
