Wednesday Morning and Evening Plyos

So tomorrow morning we are doing an easy 5 at Rancho. That will be 6:30 AM at the regularking lot. Comment if you are in.

Also, at 5:30 we will do some plyos at Saint Francis with the younguns. Come on down if youd like. after we are probably doin another 7 at rancho.
