Wednesday Morning and Postnoon
So tomorrow morning we will be doin a little runny run out at Rancho (regularking Lot) at 6:30. Probably around 5-6 miles, just a warm up.
In the afternoon, we will again be meating the Saint Francis guys for some Plyos and maybe an evening run at Rancho. It will be at Saint Francis at 6:00. Comment if you want in.
