Sorry for the late post everyone. Anyway... lets meat tomorrow at TRH at 8:00AM and decide where we are heading toward. I'm thinking 8 to 10 for the day.

well you know I am out because I got work, but find a good run for me to do later in the week! see ya at work. Also anyonw interested in track workout aka Dr.K meet at 5pm. if you feel like an easy 3 miles feel free to join us on the warm-up to the track.
