Wednesday Morning and Evening
Wow, a little shabby on the fourth of July run this morning. Thats ok, Ben hammered us like raw ore in a blacksmith's shop... eh... eh...?
Anyway...
Tomorrow morning, 6:30 in the AM (Kurt, this one's for you) easy 5 or 6 at rancho. Trying to leave as close to 6:30 as possible. Comment if you're in. We're goin for the Plyos at St. Francis at 6:00 PM as well.

OMG are we running tomorrow? guess I will sleep in! well I am doing a workout at the track for those interested in joining...or warming up to the track (5pm).
