TRH Morning Run and Sawyer
Tomorrow morning will be another Saturday morning jaunt through los altos hills. Just a nice easy warm up for the work out. meat at 8:20 for that one at TRH.
Otherwise, there will be a sweet workout goin down at Sawyer around 9:30. comment if you are in.
