Hey guys. So the Sunday Romp is going to be a chill one from TRH I think the consensus was. Lets meat at 7:00AM to try and beat some of this heat thats been showin up. I think a little JC's loop is in order.
So TRH at 7 for an easy 12-13. Comment if your there.

oh by the by... dont worry if you are runnin about 10 min late. dmar, suavo, thats for you. peets opens at seven, so we'll be a little slow leaving anyway. :)
isn't jc's loop all on cement? I'm gonna try to do it but with all the miles over the years that I have put on my legs they are a little beat up and my old knees might not like the hard surface
It is about a quarter cement. only the part from rancho back to Okeefe. But most of it is either on the Lion trials or in Rancho. either way, you did not at all scare us away Dan. We'll be back there soon hopefully. I loved that run. I think we were just feelin a little mangy and wanted to stay close to home and make sure we get the world cup game. besides, i wanted to show G the Ridge.
