Wednesday Morning and Postnoon Plyos
Hey Hey
Ok, so there has been a change in the weekly routine for those of you who saw this post arleady. We TRH kids have a staff meeting at 7:00. We will still be doing the postnoon plyos (saint francis at 5:30) but the running schedule is a little different.
We are going to run at 6:30 AM at Rancho, but I don't know how far. Let me know if you have any thoughts. We are going to do our second run after the meeting I believe, and probably the shorter one, but maybe not. That will be a little after 8:00, so again let me know your thoughts. Comment away!!
Also, Im goin out for an easy 3 this afternoon. call me if you want in

I refuse to use that vestige of the past called a telephone. All correspondence must proceed through the use of this thing called the "internet". I'll be doing a 1 hr. run tonight from TRH at aboput 5:30/45ish. You gonna start with me?
id love to, that sounds perfect. just call me on my cell when you are almost there, cause i might go home in between or to get some coffee or something

yo if no one took transfers from the store I got to get that done before the meeting? So I think I will be running 5 in the AM lol! 5 miles
ok guys, its 6:30 in the AM, and its 10 miles. Suavo, yes we will run from the store but that will be a little shorter, like 5. it will be around 8:00, probably a little after.
