So, the past three weeks I have run 90 miles... TOTAL, no you do not read that wrong. Stuart is running that over 3 days, and it takes me 3 weeks to do it. So no half marathon for me this week. I need some support randy lions, my running is like an over ripe banana

potass where have you been? we went to presido this morning and ran this afternoon? running from the store tomorrow at 5:30pm. long run!
Three days is a bit extreme, besides... im hurt right now. i had to take a few days off!!! i kinda need support too. we can support eachother. thats what the lions do man! Thats where the pride is!!
