Ok so we survived HTC with a marvelous 5th place showing and a Rite aide Rooster mascot to show for it. I am looking to start up my week with a 6:15am run at rancho from the nearkinglot for about an easy 5. Please post some words of encouragement if you are in!

Randy as usual. Though today I am going to be a biking lion. I don't think the legs could takee the abuse of running. Tomorrow evening I'd be up for 7 or 8, but no workout...
ok I think I can wait till the evening, but we should try to get done early..I promise if you can get off early I won't be late, but call me on my cell and let me know
