Hey sorry no run for weds. Other obligations were attended to. As for Thursday 6:30 am: 5 miles easy 6:15 pm: 16 X 400 @ 70-75 full recovery.

I wish I was in. Im not sure if you'll get a response from G, but I'll tell you he won it, pretty easily. He'll have to give you more details. You have got to come down and visit the LA randylion chapter headquarters man. Cross house is SWEET!!
well that was a nice easy one by a coupe of old lions...btw stewart your kitchen and bathroom look cool...I bet cooking in that kitchen is goona be sweet!
