Sunday and Monday
Carlos is racing and I'm trying to find some folks to do a Sunday run with. Probably 13 or 14 at 11:30, where? Who knows. Also, Monday 6:15am at Rancho, comment if you are in.

potass you know I am in for monday...If you can't find anyone to run with early sun. I may go for an 1:20-1:30 anyways. I was thinking about doing the coyote creek trail by my house in the afternoon.
ps. I got a new cell..same number call me!
Carlos, or anybody that reads this- you wanna do a workout on tues or wed. I have a fartlek scheduled- it can be with any interval I want, but between 35-45 min.

Tuesday we usaually go to the track and do 12 x 1000m @ slight faster than 5:20 pace or we go to rancho for some wake forest drills = 800 out fast pace and 800 back moderately fast...usally running 5:00 or faster. If your interested we can meet.
