ok so I had a good long run today..sorry I bailed on you kurt, but I had study group at 11:00am originally and then Pierpoint said we would run at 3pm and he bought a new Lexus instead so I was on my own...But I did 18.5 in 1hour 54minutes...pretty pumped! Although Coyote creek trail gets a little scary in the dark!

I gotta do some 800 repeats in the morning tomarrow because we have a staff meeting on tues. at 7pm and they got me working 11:30 to 7pm. Sucks! But what can you do! I also have to run early on thursday too. Friday however I am off at 4pm?
The USATF Club Championships are saturday Dec. 9th at Golden Gate Park. so we will have some more good pics hopefully with mud cause it is suppose to rain!
