Wednesday Plyos and Whatnot

Hey Hey!

Im going to run sometime in the morning, probably from TRH, maybe around 7:30 or 8:00 and about 6 miles really easy. If anyone wants to join me for that let me know and we can set something up.

Otherwise, the lions are meating at rancho at 4:00 for an easy 8! Dont be late cause we'll lose the light, if you plan on coming. Afterwards we're either gonna stay there or head over to SF for some plyos. That should truly be a blast. It will just be an easy session this time to get the legs back into it.
