Friday Morning Tempo
Hey hey!
Tomorrow morning a few of us are meating at Silver Creek High for a 6 mile tempo at 8:00 in the AM. If anyone else wants in let us know.
You're gonna have to talk to chad, Papa lion, about sunday. Im kinda easy, though the word on the street was we were doin it at coyote again, and i know los has work...
Either way.
We need to hit up the depot soon.

I am in for tomorrow as usual! I have sunday off for those who want to go for a semi-long 12-15mile run on sunday.
