Saturday Morning Run and Tempo

Hey guys... So the TRH Saturday morning run is tmrw, and then I think we might be doing a quick tempo at Sawyer Camp. Here're the details:

TRH Run: 8:30 - super easy warmup
Sawyer Camp: 9:30 - 8-10 miles, 5-6 tempo, 6-6:20 pace!
