I'll be doing my usual running thing in the morning. But I wanted to share a little Hood to Coast with my lions!

Ok so we survived HTC with a marvelous 5th place showing and a Rite aide Rooster mascot to show for it. I am looking to start up my week with a 6:15am run at rancho from the nearkinglot for about an easy 5. Please post some words of encouragement if you are in!

Lonley Monday A.M. slog

It was a low day for Randy Lions... No one there at 6:15 a.m. Well I vote for Wake Forrest drills at 6 p.m. at Rancho, I'll be doing 5 or 6.

Sunday and Monday

Carlos is racing and I'm trying to find some folks to do a Sunday run with. Probably 13 or 14 at 11:30, where? Who knows. Also, Monday 6:15am at Rancho, comment if you are in.

Saturday Run

Well boyz and men we have a 8:30am trot from TRH, but "NOOO!" Tempo for me at sawyer. got work and a test race on sunday. I will however at 6:30pm be doing a run from the store about 7-8miles. Comment if your in!

Friday Resolution Run

The only resolution is to run more! 6:15am Rancho nearkinglot 7-8miles. Comment if you are in.

Thursday romp

Hey sorry no run for weds. Other obligations were attended to. As for Thursday 6:30 am: 5 miles easy 6:15 pm: 16 X 400 @ 70-75 full recovery.

We got a 6:00 - 6:15pm meeting for a workout: either 12-14 X 1000m @ tempo effort (track) or Rancho for wake forest drills/ 800m hill repeats. Comment if you are in!

Saturday Morning TRH Sprint and Tempo at Sawyer

So meat tomorrow morning at TRH for the warm up, 8:30. And then 10:00ish for the Tempo run. That will be at sawyer in addition to being awesome.

Hey Hey. Goodnews! The Randylion Tshirts should (should!) be at TRH on the 10th, which is tomorrow I believe. I don't have many days left here in the Bay, so I think if you really want to make sure you get a shirt, stop by TRH in Los Altos between 5:00 and 8:00 tomorrow. Ill hook you up.
