Saturday TRH Warm Up and Tempo at Sawyer

Hey everyone!

On tomorrows menu is a nice serving of TRH Morning run warm up meat. This choice cut can be found at the store in the greater LA area (thats greater as in Los Altos is greater than Los Angeles) at 8:30 AM.

After the appetizer, or as we like to say in Pearee... "Ore Dervs," we will be enjoying a grade A serving of Sawyer Camp Tempo runnin. Comment if you want in.

Friday Morning Romp (no chomp)

The Adventure was super succesful today through Snagglewood Forest, regardless of what demar may say.

Some of us are not made of money however, and I think that the Romp n Chomp is going to have to be limited to once a week, the original Monday Morning. Tomorrow, we will meat at 6:30 at the nearking lot, but we probably wont chomp after.

Thursday Adventure

Hey everyone. Ok, the randylions can hibernate a little longer tomorrow morning. We're not meating at TRH until 8:00 AM. After that, we'll look up a good new park to check out and go for a new run. Maybe this can be a thursday tradition.

Bring ideas, Im thinkin windy hill, purrisima creek, foothills park. itll be good, openspace.org!

We Interupt This Message Board - SHIRTS

For an extremely exciting news bulletin.

I believe that we may be very, very close to ordering some Randylion Run Club Shirts. They are going to be a little bit different, but still incredibly awesome. What I want to know from you, is whether or not you would be interested in fronting about 10 dollars before the ordering so that the initial costs will not be so high for me. You will not have to pay any more for the shirts once they arrive. (tentatively, this is the case, im just trying to get an idea).

So comment if you would be interested in a 10 dollar randylion shirt, and if you would front for it.


Also, we may have special Randylion shirts for original and true Randylion members only. They might be a little more expensive, but incredibly discounted. Specify if you would be interested in this as well or instead of the regular t shirt.

Wednesday Morning at Rancho

Hey Everyone.

Tomorrow morning the Randiest of all the Lions will be meating at Rancho, the regularking lot, at 6:30 in the Mo Mo (thats AM, for all those drunk ass randy cubs). We will be running real easy, maybe 6-8. Comment if you are coming.

We're going to meet at woodside elementary for a nice jaunt through Huddart park tomorrow, at 7:30 in the AM. From there, we are going to drive a little closer to the park to make it only about 9 or 10. Comment if you can make it.

Wednesday Afternoon Plyos

Hey everyone. Beautiful run this morning. And we may have met our newest Randylion. I hope Daniel will be runnin with us more often.

This afternoon, at 6:15 we are going to be meeting at TRH to do some Plyometrics out at Lincoln. It will be a relatively short workout, just an easy warmup and and then the drills and a cool down. But let me tell you, they hurt!

Wednesday Morning Run and Evening Plyos

Sorry, Victor about the mix up. Hopefully that wont ever happen again, and I hope your run went well.

Tomorrow morning, the Early lions are meeting at the Regularking Lot at 7:00 in the AM. We will probably do Wills nice and easy. Comment if you are going to be there.

Then, in the evening around 5 or 6, we are going to warm up from the store and do some plyometrics over at lincoln. This will probably be a weekly event from here on out so id be good to get a jump on it. Let me know too if you want to do that with us.

Hey guys. Nice run today, except for demar, he nearly died, but hes a thug so ran through his shoes gushing blood!

Tomorrow, I'm taking the day off, but I believe that some people might be running from TRH in the afternoon. I dunno. Call the store and ask.

But on Friday, the Randylions are meeting early early for a nice jaunt around Rancho. We'll be at the regular parking lot (the regularking lot...?) at 6:30 for a super easy 5 or 6. If you wanna come, comment away and let us know, but don't be late.

Well that was an amazing official opening to the randylions summer season! Those breakfast burritos at Tom's are better than i remember.

No run for me tomorrow, but I will be going out for an easy one after work on wednesday. I think it will be from TRH at 6:15, so count on that and let me know if you want to go. I'll update tmrw if I need to run at a different time.
