Randy Lions Back in Action!

So I finally Got my access back to this site! And while Stewarts away the Randiest lion plays! Couple of things Lions and Lionesess (i know I spelled that wrong) have been meeting in the mornings at rancho 6:00am for the early crew. Also a 6:30 pick up for the sloths. Pretty much every morning, but definitely check the blog to get the run down now! Second order of business, The Occidental Lion Chapter with the O.G. Lion stewart are in town for stanford XC! Please show some love as they are on the hunt for a good showing! Last order of business I am about 10 days out from my marathon and Plan a Randy workout on the Track 3 x 2miles @ 5:00min pace any takers 6:00pm tomorrow may be earlier?
