An introduction

Hey all, as the newest member of the Randy Lions, and new vice president of the Albuquerque chapter, i just thought i'd introduce myself to everyone. i'm keith blumenfeld, from albuquerque academy (yes, the same one that toby, teo and robbY are from--our coach says he wants a paycheck sometime VERY soon). some of you know me already from the comments i leave on your blogs-if i haven't left one on yours, give me its address, and i assure you that i will right away. more than once. in fact, probably SEVERAL times. anyways, i'll be going for the world record for largest bubble gum bubble blown hopefully this summer, but we'll see how that goes; i'll also be, um... doing other, very interesting stuff that is so interesting i can't think of it right now. so that's all. please address any questions, comments or concerns to blumenfeld117@msn.com. or comment on my blog. or this blog. that's all. bye!

I personally prefer to have the lion on the mid chest with the exact measurements you already prescribed, everything else is sweet.

T-Shirts

Hey guys, not that any of you are going to see this for a while, but here are the T-Shirt designs insofar.

the design on the front will be about 4x4 inches on either the mid chest or the left pocket... actually, let me know if you have a preference. the back will be only a little larger and will be between the shoulder blades. they are going to be sweet as all hell!!

Post a size on the comments so i know what to order, and spread the word to people you think might want them, cause the more orders i have, the cheaper they'll be for everyone! ciao

Summer So Far...

Heres the plan:


It is now April 3rd, and i am sitting attempting to do some homework... that is failing, so i will write this instead.

The Randylions will be up and running again (hehe, no pun intended... ok it was intended) starting MID TO LATE MAY, and will continue through MID AUGUST! around Aug 22nd!

at that point:
!!!!THIS SITE IS GOING TO BE UPDATED NIGHTLY AND WILL FEATURE THE NEXT DAYS DECIDED WORKOUT! (for those lions who were too mangy and missed the run or the decision making process)

!!!!THIS SITE WILL HOUSE ANY ONGOING QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, CONCERNS, OR GENERAL BANTER BETWEEN RANDYLION MEMBERS!!! (this one is on you guys, feel free to post whatever)

The Randylions will consist of 5-172 serious runners who have decided to dedicate the summer to consistent, smart, and high-volume training. Most runs are based from TRH Los Altos, but are sometimes done elsewhere in the beautiful trails of the Bay Area. We are Bad ASS...and we have the Butterbeast!! Join us, and together we can rule the galaxy!!!
