Another Tuesday workout?

Tuesdays look to be the days for track workouts. I am thinking of meeting just before 7pm at the LA store and running up to the track for some 5-6 x 1k @ 5k race pace? As always if interested let me know!

Tuesday Workout

Old loins must unite at the track on Tuesday night! I will be meeting in Los Altos store (the former TRH) for a track workout! looks like 6-8 x 600m so kind of a quick workout! I am thinking of meeting at 7pm because I got work! comment if you think you can make it...Preorn!

Sunday Funday

In the wild lions sometimes have to travel far in search of food...following the its prey further away from the pride....then after the kill the lion must return with the kill to feed the rest.....20 mile long run starts 7:15am at silver creek H.S. to coyote creek trail senic out and back.

Saturday Randy

well A race was to occur on the schedule tomorrow, but as it stands there is nothing local that I can get back in time for work. So that being said I am planning on doing a workout at race pace. Foothill track meeting and warming-up to the track from "TRH" Los Altos at 6:00pm. Feel free to join for the warm-up or do another workout, but I am getting it done tomorrow!

Wed. Romp and Chomp!

this could be the last chance for a randylions Romp together as the break is slowly coming to and end...I feel some may go back early, but don't hesitate to check the site for a run if your still around! Anyways we are in for a easy 10 as Pre would say, but in reality its a 5 miler as we need to rest up for some hard training to come. We are meeting at Rancho nearkinglot 8am! PREORN!!!
