Happy New Years!

Can I get a randy "PREORN" from all of you sometime tonight?! Well after all the partying and carrying on don't forget to get the new year started off right with a nice long run! Extra credit if you start drunk sober up in the middle and finish drunk!

SUNDAY LONG RUN

So I know went sort of long on saturday, but I am still feeling randy...one more time? I am thinking 15-18 not super fast...anyone got a idea time and place? if not I am on the coyote creek trail run!

Friday Morning Tempo

Hey hey!

Tomorrow morning a few of us are meating at Silver Creek High for a 6 mile tempo at 8:00 in the AM. If anyone else wants in let us know.

You're gonna have to talk to chad, Papa lion, about sunday. Im kinda easy, though the word on the street was we were doin it at coyote again, and i know los has work...

Because the Randylions Run Club is a secular organization, we do not officially promote the celebration of any one religious holiday over any other.

However, it turns out that December 25th is national Lion Day. So merry lion day everyone!

So this is the tentative plan for tomorrow morning.

Between Carlitos and I we are thinking 8:00 AM for the run, and it looks to be Coyote Creek. Im not too sure about much more, but check it with the comments if you have directions or concerns or general sentiments of approval!

Well were going Randy Early tomorrow! If you are interested you battered and bruised lions can meet stewart and I at Carlos' High...formerly TRH Los Altos at 7:00am...out the door by 7:14 am. Moody sounds like the run...see ya there!

Wednesday Plyos and Whatnot

Hey Hey!

Im going to run sometime in the morning, probably from TRH, maybe around 7:30 or 8:00 and about 6 miles really easy. If anyone wants to join me for that let me know and we can set something up.

Otherwise, the lions are meating at rancho at 4:00 for an easy 8! Dont be late cause we'll lose the light, if you plan on coming. Afterwards we're either gonna stay there or head over to SF for some plyos. That should truly be a blast. It will just be an easy session this time to get the legs back into it.
