Sunday Early Run!

So today the Summer camp boys woke up early and hit up the trails at huddart for an easy 13! it was gorgeous! 6:00 AM has never looked so good! However that means no Saturday morning long run... and for that i apologize.

However! Monday Morning Romp 'n' Chomp will continue with vigor! Im not sure of the time as of yet, i think that it might be later than usual... possibly ten or so (i have to take bloomie to the airport...) but i'll let you know!

So no run later today... but i'll keep you posted about the Romp'n'Chomp. Have a great day everyone... Run on you Randy Lions!

Running Camp Day

Hey everyone! Its Running camp DAy today!!

Sorry that this post is late but my internet is down at home... anyway:

Today we will be doing a triple day, we just finished up the TRH run a bit ago, which was nice and easy... though we missed dmar!

But later on, (around noonish) we are going to head over to Los Altos high's track and do some drills and strides and the like! Thats going to be super fun!

The later, probably around 6... we are going to head over to crystal springs and get in a nice long jog on the course! that is going to be awesome! So comment and let me know where you stand! hope everyones day is Randy

Thursday Morning at Huddart

Tmrw morning, in honour of the Summer camp, we're taking a special morning trip to huddart tmrw! We will be getting up there at 8:30, and we will be parking at that historic little hut at the side of the road close to the park! if you want to come, but dont know what im talking about... call me!

Wed Evening

Hey all... The whole camp is finally here, and the run today went really well.... except:

Sorry golden... We didnt really get in contact there before that run. It turned out that the store closed a bit late, and we didnt get to rancho until 7:00 (it happens) i felt bad, but i really hope we will get in touch soon! Im glad you liked the run.

Wed evening (4:00pm) we will be running an easy Wills... I have a staff meeting at 7:00 so i have to be back... nothin much to it, just nice and relaxed. Comment if you have any questions! ciao

PREORN!!!! OXY SUMMER CAMP IS UPON US!!!!

For all of you who are out of the loop... our very own Albequerque Randylion Chapter President is flying in for a tour of the Bay Area! Coolie is coming tomorrow!! Everyone is super excited... this is truly going to be a momentous time for Oxy XC!

Anyway, Tmrw morning is the Saturday morning run... join us for some light mileage to warm up the legs and chillAX!

Then: in the evening (6:15) a second run will be heading out from TRH featuring the newly arrived Robby Nelson from new mexico. Stop on by! easy 7. Those are the plans for Saturday





Looking ahead, seems huddart is going down again sunday afternoon, it was so awesome last time. and then of course the Romp 'n' Chomp on Monday morning. Its going to be FANTASTIC! Stay tuned

Hey all.... nice randy work out today... but not too randy!

As for tmrw, we're thinking of a little treat. To stay out of the intense heat that has been berrating us these last few days, We were thinking to take a nice relaxed tour of someplace ...cooler...

Huddart Park!

The Store closes around 4:15-4:30 (depending...) so if you want to car pool (alex...) meet at TRH at 4:15, otherwise lets plan on meeting at Huddart at around 4:30 to 4:45 (you'll have to excuse us working folks :-)

Saturday Morning Tempo

Hey all. Tmrw morning we've got a nice relaxed Tempo Goin! its going to be superb!

Sawyer Camp Trail at 9:30 is the time! Meet there, or meet at TRH to get a ride with me... ill be there at 8:30 and may go on the TRH saturday morning run if time permits. we'll leave for sawyer camp at 9:10 at the latest!

We're going to do about 5 miles of light tempo work with some warmup and cooldown! hope to see you there.

Sunday Long Run

Fatty! Demar! We never see you guys any more!?! what have the randylions become!?! you guys better start participatin if you want in on those sweet shirts!

Anyway, Sunday is going to be a bit weird this week, because of the arts and wine festival downtown, we may stay open later. That means that the run is probably going down at 6:00 PM which should be nice cause its going to be cooler anyway. It will be at TRH and about 11 miles pretty easy...so come on down.

As always on sundays, the randylions training room (complete with ice whirlpool) will be open for use after the run! hope to see you there, comment if you'll make it and hit up an AD on your way out!

The saturday morning run from TRH is a great way to get some light mileage in without hammering too hard... kinda a reminder to relax at least once a week. plus, ill be going a little longer after the standard 30 min anyway!

Hey guys... feelin pretty good about the runs and the week, got my ass kicked by my deep tissue guy Tim, so im ready to finish up the week. On the menu so far is as follows:

Friday @ 5:00 - easy 5 miles from TRH, stop on by if you'd like!
Saturday Morning Run - @ 8:30 from TRH (i'll probably do more then, or a double to make that day about 8... all are welcome!)
Sunday Long Run - I'm lookin at 11 miles at 4:15 as usual, again from TRH.

I will post reminders each night as well, but im just letting you know. Also, dont forget about the Monday Morning Romp 'n' Chomp - Rancho at 9:00AM then to TOMS

Sunday Long Run

Hey guys, so here are a few updates. first things first:

Tmrw is sunday, and you know what that means, thats right! the sunday long run!
where? TRH at 4:15 in the PM. be there or lose your hair!

also, the tshirts arent really going as planned... apparantly we cant have that many colors cause the lowest possible price to make them is 24 dollars a shirt, and thats just not cool with the randylions. (this is just what the commander and chief has told me) anyway...

JP and i are going to rework the art, and we're going to make it a cool sillowet (hehe) design, with two colors... probably black and that randylion dark red. its going to be sweet. and the shirts will get made and they will be much cheaper, so i might make more! alright. i will post again tmrw. Seeya for the sunday long run!
